Iberic Firm Ascenza Presents a New Brand to Promote It’s Line of Bio-protection Products
The Spanish firm Ascenza, that specilizes in crop protection, has launched a new brand that will group together its new line of biological products. The brand’s name is Blexia, which, according to the firm, will bring together a family of solutions that comply with "the increasingly restrictive regulations of the European Union". The new brand seeks to "ensure that we meet and offer solutions that address customer needs for low waste, low environmental impact and exceed regulatory restrictions."
Six bio-protection products will initially be marketed under the Blexia brand -Carpet, Doctrin, Equiset, Prevam, Prevatect and Valesco - which seek to prevent diseases, as well as insect, mold and fungus pests. "This product line will help us rejuvenate our product range and differentiate our portfolio” says the firm.
Ascenza is part of the iberic group Rovensa, known until September 2019 as Sapec Agro Business. The group, that specializes in agricultural inputs, has acquired and formed several Spanish brands in the sector, such as Tradecorp, Idai Nature, OGT, SDP, Microquímica and Ascenza, which replaced the brand originally known as Sapec Agro.
